Early access to a practitioner-informed audio protocol designed to help clients feel more confident leaving the house and managing real-world IBS anxiety.
Includes a real-world emergency audio designed for “leaving the house” IBS anxiety, one of the most common triggers clients face.
Takes less than 2 minutes. No obligation.
Many people with IBS don’t just struggle with symptoms. They struggle with fear.Fear of needing the toilet in public.
Fear of being trapped somewhere.
Fear of embarrassment, noise, or smell. This often leads to avoidance:
Cancelling plans
Avoiding travel or social situations
Increased anxiety before leaving the house
And while dietary or therapeutic approaches can help, many clients still lack a simple, repeatable tool they can use in real-life moments of panic.
IBS Shame Reset is being developed as a structured, audio-first tool to support clients in those exact moments. It is not a replacement for your work.It is designed to sit alongside it.The focus is on:
Reducing anticipatory anxiety before leaving the house
Helping clients navigate “trapped” situations
Reducing shame around symptoms
Supporting nervous system regulation in real time
The format is simple:Short, guided audio sessions that clients can use consistently, plus targeted emergency tracks for high-stress situations.
This is currently in early development. At this stage, there are two completed pieces:
A foundational session introducing the gut–brain anxiety response
A real-world emergency track for pre-exit panic (leaving the house anxiety)
The full program is being built progressively.Rather than building it in isolation, the aim is to develop it with input from practitioners working directly with IBS clients.
I’m currently speaking with a small number of dietitians, therapists, and hypnotherapists to:
Understand real client challenges
Ensure the language and tone fits clinical use
Get early feedback on what would actually be useful in practice
You would be getting early access to the current version, with the opportunity to shape how this develops.
Access to the current audio tracks
Future updates as new sessions are developed
The ability to test this with clients (if appropriate)
A simple tool you can choose to recommend or ignore
There is no obligation to use this. The goal is simply to see whether this could be useful within your work.
Takes less than 2 minutes. No obligation.
